June: Victories, Learning, and the Importance of Clarity

June was the month when the most people learned about what we are building.

And it was also the month when I most clearly saw what we still need to build.

Here is my unfiltered summary of June:

Let's start with the victories:

→ We delivered 16 sessions at IPADE Business School in Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Mexico City to over 600 business leaders, who analyzed the RealUp case and responded with an energy I didn't expect. Thank you Mario R. Paredes Escobar, Silvia Cacho-Elizondo (Luczkow), and Miguel De La Colina Rincón—having our story reach those rooms is one of the recognitions that moves me most.

→ We were able to experience the World Cup and invite several team members, as recognition for their effort. It was a very special moment to celebrate together.

→ We closed 5 new clients this month, reaffirming the strength of our value proposition and commercial momentum.

→ We continue to maintain high customer retention and strengthen long-term relationships.

→ We held a webinar on influencer marketing—a session of collective learning with clients and prospects that reminded me why I love what we do.

Now, the difficult part:

→ Two people are leaving the team that we will miss very much. These changes are always difficult on a human level.

→ On a personal level, June was a month with many trips. Combining the in-person schedule (IPADE, World Cup, meetings) with daily operations required a lot of coordination and energy, from me and the team.

→ We continue to adjust our operating model to scale without sacrificing service quality or team experience.

→ The challenge of coordinating capacity with demand doesn't disappear. What changes is our ability to face it with more clarity each month.

June reminded me of something that months of high activity put to the test: Clarity.

When there is recognition, travel, events, and new clients, it's easy to get lost in the rhythm.

What is not easy, and what matters most, is keeping your head clear about what is really at stake:

Team well-being, product quality, and the sustainability of what we are building.

That is what determines whether growth lasts.

Recognition is incredible, but clarity about what matters is what keeps us on track.
