July: The Month of Letting Go to Grow
July was a month of great progress and new challenges. I learned that scaling is not just about growing faster, but about building the foundations for that growth to be sustainable.

July has been one of the most challenging months of the year.
But not because of everything I had to do.
But because of everything I had to let go of.
If your company needs you to intervene for things to happen, growth still depends on your availability.
And this month forced me to face exactly that:
Let go of problems so the team could solve them. Let go of my agenda to be at the service of the team. Let go of control to make space for others to lead.
This process came with great progress, but also with new challenges.
Here's my unfiltered July summary:
Let's start with the wins
→ After months of searching, four incredible people joined the team. This growth allows us to continue building a more solid organization prepared for the next stage.
→ We continued consolidating new processes and infrastructure to support the growth we are experiencing.
→ The journey and payment technology made significant progress this month. Building the operation behind growth is just as important as the growth itself.
→ We maintained 0% customer churn for the third consecutive month. It's one of the indicators that makes me most proud because behind that number is a committed team and customers who continue to trust us.
→ I had the opportunity to participate as a judge at @Enactus Colombia, supporting social enterprises. One of those experiences that fills your soul and reminds you of the impact we can generate.
→ I also enjoyed watching the World Cup with the team and my husband. In such intense months, making space for those moments is also part of building.
Now, the difficult part
→ The balance between personal life and work continues to be a challenge. July had many 10–14 hour work days. It's been an intense period, but also a time of great learning and growth seeing how the team and company continue to evolve.
→ One of my biggest challenges continues to be learning to build from a different place: stop solving every problem personally and focus on creating leaders, processes, and tools that allow the team to do it.
→ Working with people is one of the most beautiful parts of building a company, but also one of the most challenging. Supporting different rhythms, personal moments, and levels of ownership requires a lot of clarity and leadership.
July reminded me of something:
Scaling is not just about growing faster. It's about building the foundations for that growth to be sustainable. Teams, processes, and culture are not created when you're ready to grow. They are built while you grow.
That is the challenge ahead of us: continue building a company that can go further without losing what makes it special.
